These Terms of Service (hereinafter "the Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the 3D Clone Model Platform (hereinafter "the Service") operated by MEDiDENT Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The Service is a website that provides information about the 3D Clone Model Platform, accepts inquiries, and offers related functions. The Company may change or suspend the Service without prior notice to users.
Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:
All intellectual property rights related to content posted on the Service (text, images, videos, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company or their rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, or distribute such content without prior written consent from the Company.

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to the Service.
